1. Who We Are
Falkon Billing ("Falkon", "we", "our") is a mobile invoicing and billing application developed and operated by NAQIX Technologies. Our registered address is United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at privacy@falkonerp.com.
2. Data We Collect
We collect different types of data depending on how you use the app:
- Account data: Name, email address, business name, phone number, and country when you create an account.
- Business data: Invoices, customers, products, and payments you create inside the app. This data is stored locally on your device and synced to our servers only if you enable cloud sync.
- Payment data: When you charge a customer's card, the payment is processed by our secure payment partner. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers. We receive only a transaction reference and amount.
- Usage data: App version, device type, crash reports, and feature usage analytics (anonymised).
- Support data: Messages you send us via email or in-app chat.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Falkon Billing app and services.
- Process card payments on behalf of your business.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account alerts).
- Respond to support requests.
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations in the UAE and applicable jurisdictions.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your business data is stored locally on your device first. Cloud sync (when enabled) uses encrypted connections (TLS 1.3) to our servers hosted in the UAE / GCC region. Databases are encrypted at rest. We apply role-based access controls and conduct regular security reviews.
5. Payment Processing
All card payments are processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment partner. When a customer's card is charged through Falkon Billing, the card data is entered directly into a secure native payment sheet and never passes through our servers.
6. Third-Party Services
- Payment processor — secure card payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified)
- Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, DNS (Privacy Policy)
- Google Firebase / Crashlytics — crash reporting and analytics (anonymised)
- Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution
7. Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax compliance purposes (typically 5 years in the UAE).
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing.

9. Children's Privacy
Falkon Billing is intended for use by businesses and adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Falkon Billing after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
